For those with depression/anxiety it can really help to get active especially first thing in a morning. And more so when you don`t want to. After only even a short while you should feel your anxiety lessen and mood uplifted. With a little each day you can improve both body and mind.

You are so right! And the great thing is that exercise means different things to different people. Maybe you can run five miles. Or maybe you can walk around the block. Whatever you are able to do is fine. It all helps.
Well due to my back problems even walking a few yards causes me pain let alone walking round the block! This does the opposite of putting me in a good mood.
I’m sorry you are in so much pain, Hypercat. What I mean to say is that one size does not fit all. And for some exercise in the sense that we usually think of it is not possible. But for those who can exercise, do what you can do, whatever it is.
I have started day by walking the last couple of days and I can already feel it helping. Thank you!
