Day 2 of my throbbing migraine induced by allergies.
It feels much like the headband feeling on your head when I get anxiety.
Tylenol is my best friend at the moment

I know exactly how you feel. I have really bad allergies (pollen, grass, dust, ragweed). As soon as the weather starts changing, I start sneezing a lot. AHH AHH ACCHHHOOOOOO. 🤧
Hi bluestars
Let’s not forget the nice and clean 1 side of the nostril, and the Really dried up and nasty side of the other nostril 👃🏻 🙄
Yep, I get that too. I try to stay hydrated to prevent that, but it usually doesn't work. I'm allergic to everything in the Spring. It's a never-ending cycle. I'm congested, so I want to sneeze to clear it out. But once I have a sneezing fit, I'm way more congested. 😫
Find a store that sells honey that was made locally by bees and derived from flowering plants in your area. Imported honey is no good. Then take a teaspoonful every day. For ever. It contains the natural antidote to local pollens and will eventually give you immunity.
