So a week ago today, my doctor increased my cymbalta dose increased to 60mg from 30mg. Two days ago I felt so good I went for my first drive in a month. Well yesterday and today I feel like hammered garbage. Have a major headache that makes me want to just hide under my sheets and fears I am going to snap, as well as randomly feeling like I'm going to burst into tears. Is this some kind of delayed side effects to the meds or just a bad anxiety day. I don't get how things could go from so good to so bad like this. I just want the headaches to stop.
