I have started to be attacked from bouts of feeling hot but no sweating.Also awake all night long with pounding heart that is still going on.Is this anxiety as never had such a long bout that is worse laying down..has to be on my back but still awful x

Heyy are you on any Meds? Ive been experiencing these hot flashes in my face then with a little sweat on my nose but thats bc i have on the mask when i experience it & then it comes & goes my heart been pounding for 3 days which got me so scared im ready to go to the ER😞 I hope you feel better
