Hi anxious lady - are you on medication to help these attacks? Sometimes you can calm yourself down by turning to another activity, where your thoughts are not revolving round unpleasant memories. Milk of magnesia might help as if you have a deficiency it might affect your heart rate. I like knitting which calms my nerves down though I make lots of mistakes as my eye sight is not brilliant! Can your phone a friend who is positive or a member of your family and chat - that might help.

Hi hope you feel a bit better - do you think it is the oil supplement you are taking with paracetamol? The oil can make you feel light headed and give rise to low blood pressure. It can affect your liver, inhibiting the effect of drugs such as paracetamol. Drink plenty of water to flush out the oil and remove caffeine as it reacts with the oil. That's may be why your heart has the flutters.

I've been resting and today. I feel good when I don't have the pvc's and bigemenys. The only thing I was taking was zero thc cbd oil and I stopped taking that because I don't know if it's making my pvc's worse. Cbd oil is suppost to be calming. Thc races the heart but I don't use it

I get my cbd from a reputable company and their oil is 100% guaranteed to not have thc so I hope that correct. I've also taken at home drug test just to make sure and it came up negative for drugs. At this point I don't know what's causing my pvc's so I have stopped everything so that we can see what's going on. I do take the occasional benzo for when my anxiety goes into overdrive due to these things.

Have you looked at MET and CES alternative therapies to help the anxiety?

psychiatrictimes.com has an article on "The Rise of cranial electrotherapy."

There are small hand machines which can be used for cranial electrotherapy stimulation which have improved psychological/anxiety and depression conditions in 50 percent of people. Alleviahealth.com technology might be good as well as cesultra.com

That's great - has therapist recommended CBT? Results are impressive from this.

Think you should go to another doctor and may be ask for beta blockers which can help anxiety and your heart and prevent the attacks. If you have A Fib - these attacks can affect your heart. If you've had these symptoms for more than a few weeks - you need another assessment. I had a period of heart flutters - it was linked to infection. When I took antibiotics, it went. The heart can be affected by infection leading to problems with the mitral valve, or the endocardium which can be inflamed. In any event it is just anxiety betablockers can be prescribed. Of course keep in contact with mental health services, which are helping. Another reason why you might be getting heart beat extra systole, might be to too high stress hormone levels from a period of intense anxiety. It has been shown that if you eat healthily avoiding those fast foods, and stimulants, and extra sugar and carbs, get enough sleep, - you can help your cortisol levels which have receptors in the stomach. Know you are a health food enthusiast, so expect you will say this does not apply to me. As you know there are certain foods which can help your metabolic rate, and certain deficiencies such as magnesium potassium, zinc iron copper can affect your muscles and the biggest muscle of all your heart.

It's been having a few sudden bursts of fast beats. I am now on a monitor for 2 weeks of constant monitoring. My anxiety about my heart is causing me panic attacks and depression.
