When you think you’re doing good, you haven’t had a melt down in a while. Your exercising, eating well, doing productive things. Then you get ask to go out on a Friday night and realize you don’t have anything nice to ware because you haven’t bought anything new, you don’t have make up bc you never go anywhere, and you haven’t washed your hair in a few days.
You really haven’t changed, you still get social anxiety and you just crawl into a ball and go to bed early
I should honestly be use to this by now but I’m not

You're not alone. I take it as a normal response because we want to look our best
when going out. You have changed for the good. With this Covid we are all living in
a more relaxed atmosphere at home. An invite to go out can be both exciting and stressful but I don't feel it has to do with Social Anxiety and slipping back. Enjoy your Friday in whatever you do, you haven't lost. xx
I agree. If anyone asks me out now, even if it is a casual meet up between friends, I will be nervous. It has been a while since I last went out. Not because of social anxiety.
I'm good, I've got a couch and a warm blanket waiting for me to watch a Lifetime movie in a few minutes. Goodnight Sankissjuice, I enjoy talking with you today. xx
