I'm having one of those nights where I am just constantly in a panic.... Heart racing, tingling in face and limbs, dread feeling in stomach... I can not think of anything that set my anxiety off... Tried my coping skills .. meditating, listening to music, yoga... Nothing is helping... Thought I'd try writing it out on here and see if that helps.

I'm so sorry you're feeling so anxious tonight. How were you feeling today? Maybe you can think about when you last felt good, calm... And really absorb that feeling so it can become a part of you again. Hope you feel better soon 💚

I don’t get the tingles but my mind keeps me up at night too. if writing helps, you could start a journal/diary and if it’s a regular thing, maybe you should see a doctor about something to help you sleep.
Thank you! Journaling does help. Unfortunately part of my anxiety is health and I can't take any medications without freaking myself out 😔
i feel ya. i always hated taking pills myself. i still only take them when i don’t have much of an option. you could always try meditation; it’s not perfect but it helps to chill you you out. chamomile tea is good for sleep too.
