Hi everyone! Just wanted to update you how I am doing. I am doing the best I ever have. I started taking methylated b vitamins because my body does not absorb folate. I forgave people I didn't realize I could, and surrendered to a higher power. I know this sounds cliché. If anyone wants to message me, I will get back to you. Thanks.

That is wonderful ❤️🫂
Thank you. I go up and down still but was doing well when I wrote that and still feel like I am doing better than I used to. Thanks again. Take care.
Here here....to good hair days and good days in general. Glad things are improving.
I too am trying to get my folate levels up after my last bloodwork. I found out something interesting while doing some research on elevated mch and mcv , the cause of enlarged red blood cells and low folate/b12. I came across that prescription folate is prescribed as psychiatric medication for depression. Deplin is the brand name. It was interesting to read about the connection between depression and low folate.
Yes. B vitamins and zinc deficiency is common in the mental illness population for some reason according to william J Walsh, PhD in his book, Nutrient Power. It's odd because in the 70s countries started enriching processed food with folic acid, a form of folate. This is a man-made product and not natural. I wonder if that's why some people don't absorb it as well and so many problems?? Maybe I have a conspiracy theory. I really think that the government was trying to help but there are better forms that are easier to absorb like L-methylfolate or natural kind. It may be good to cut back on processed foods for this reason too. thank you for listening.
Never heard about zinc, I'll look it up. Love learning new things. I dont eat any processed food, so I'm good on that front.
Thnxs for sharing.
