again, I want to start but saying I’m so sorry for posting so much. I really just love the support from this community.
My anxiety has gotten better since last weekend: I am able to eat what I want to eat, I am able to enjoy doing things. The anxiety jd still there in the background, and while I can eat, sometimes it’s hard bc I’m afraid of getting sick.
Work has also been very stress inducing, and knowing I have to go back tomorrow js causing anxiety too.
