Hello everyone! I hope everyone is fine during this pandemic situation.
Everything became online and it’s making me even more anxious. I am sure that u wanna as me why....
I have trauma with all the application stuff and technology. I feel like something will get wrong with my applications and files on phone or computer or I will forget the passwords etc. I’c got this trauma earlier while some stressful applications process and now even everything became a screen, I feel even more anxious and afraid.
Just wanted to share this with you, and if anyone has the same problem, I am here to listen....

Hi dreamergirl99, I wouldn’t say I’m afraid of technology (as I sit here on my tablet, writing this response 😆) but I’m not real crazy about it either, for the most part. Even though I work a minimum wage retail job, I feel fortunate not to deal with email, zoom meetings, or working from home. I prefer moving around, working with my hands, & immediate face to face interactions. Otherwise I’m too in my head & likely more miserable than absolutely necessary. But the downside is it’s minimum wage retail.😐
Hahahha, you are right, “afraid” is a tough word... but for example today I couldn’t log in in one application and they sent a code and I didn’t know where to get that code...now I am afraid to install the new system because they will send a code on my phone number which doesn’t work now cause I am abroad...it looks like these things happen only to me. My friend has the same applications etc but never has problems like this
Hi there,
For me this is always but I have decided to just write staff down like passwords and take things slowly. Don't rush them, this means u will have to do things earlier so as to meet the deadline, but staying calm is the key.
