Hi lamanartist1...I have both clinical depression and inho some anxiety, though I guess that may yet be diagnosed. However, my anti depressant coupled with talk therapy help me a lot. Also, anti anxiety medication helps in severe situations, whioch, for me, are not ubiquitous.I just joined this ADAA site a minute or so ago, but feel free to contact me if there is a way to do so...

Thanks.I have both depression and anxiety. I have a therapist and meds. I wonder if anyone with these problems has heart problems...
