Why is that now that I can find learning disabilities and it Autism guys that do not say that they are single or in a relationship?

I was looking a dating site for some men with that did have autism profile it should said about the Marital status and yet they did nothing add and is being blanket out without any words. I am starting to think maybe tried another learning disabilities other than autism. I can find guys with autism more now and they also live to far away from my Town , I am more confused than others. they do tell about on their bio they do a learning disability. I am just getting a stick of bad guys type of autism. I am doing something wrong or not. Furthermore, I am just about just give up.
