So I had to get a mandatory flu shot yesterday before I begin my new job at the hospital. I hate shots and of course I have all these bad thoughts and fears and what if’s about the shot.. showers also make me really anxious I hate taking showers.
So I was in the shower and I started thinking about scary things and of course here come the heart ponding and then I got a weird feeling on top of my head and it feels like there’s there’s an air bubble in the top of my head and so I finished my shower and its still there. Does anybody else get this feeling? It’s like I need to put pressure on it. I’m trying to stay calm and think rational but it’s difficult. 😥😥
