Have any of you guys just have an intense fear of doing things but ur too scared to leave because of the fear of interaction and people?

If you have, how on earth do u deal with that?

I feel so crippled because of it

I am also like that but one thing I have learnt about people, they like it when you show interest in what they do. Find out what their interest are and as time goes you start building from there and in no time you will realize that you have actually formed friendships. I am shy but I do enjoy a gud talk. Just calm down and think about that first thing you can start to talk about, the rest will be history believe me
