It can be a little challenging to deal with anxiety at work. I'm not in my own home making it a little more difficult to use some of my coping strategies. I'll do better once I get home. I just have to hang in there a couple more hours.

I am sorry you are so anxious right now. I know how difficult it can be to try and work through anxiety flare ups. One thing that might help is mindfulness. If you are open to just feeling the raw sensations of anxiety you can then realize that you are actually not in any danger. For example if you just focus on your own body int he moment you can realize that you are breathing normally. There is nothing wrong with your brain or heart. You are existing as you always have. That can help calm you.

Work anxiety, is terrible! is there a quiet place you can go? I’ve learned that when I start feeling anxious I go to the back of my work and sit down for a minute, away from people and breath. When it lasts for more then 5-10 minutes my Instant reaction is to go home! But I have to repeat to myself, this will pass, this will pass! I don’t know about you but once I start to calm down I automatically want to go to bed! Anxiety definitely takes a toll on your body and mind! 😞 hope you can find a quiet place
