How we can manage all this anxiety attacks on nigth get worse no sleep and get all muscles hurts 😭😭😭

Yes I am in a therapy but I feel worst every day

Can you try a different therapist or doctor? I take meds that help me to calm down sometimes.

Hi Castro15. I’m sorry to hear that. I find taking deep breath and focus on breathing help with anxiety attack. I don’t know if your doctor prescribed you any medication for anxiety n sleep aid. Hope u feel better soon. Welcome to our community. Sending you much love and lights 🙏

Download headspace app. Research about meditation. Helps doing that before bed so you sleep better and relax.

No that I remember it's just I just to fall sleep so easy before now I can I have to take pills 😴 if not I dot sleep at all .

Insomnia is absolute hell, I'm sorry to hear that. Someone mentioned a meditation app I think, and I agree, I use one and it is really helpful most of the time. You mentioned panic and anxiety attacks, I wonder if when you go to bed some of that energy is still trapped in you?

Yes ...today I star doing long walks on the park today its my 1st day and I planning to do it every day see if this help thank you so much for replying back

YAAAASSSSSS! That's so smart! Also doing like 20 pushups right before you get in bed. I know how that anxious energy feels, its not fun!
