I called the ambulance alot like every 3 days and i was panicking this time bad but why did this time they call someone and asked, was it okay should i stay . after they said it was only panic attack ???! And my vitals were good . .

Well if your having panic attacks spontaneously every 3 days then that is not good for your health also asthma attacks can copy symptoms of a panic attack I think they are doing this to make sure that nothing abnormal is going on but that’s my opinion I hope I don’t offended anyone by saying that ☺️❤️ Much love and Kindness to you ❤️❤️

Yes but they check everytime and says everything is fine they even did a mini ecg at my house when i ask sometime it just freaked me out when they did it
