Hey there broe,I'm reading ur story and I'm like yoh this is one sad story. Your problem seems a bit serious and I am thinking that there are problems which can be solved by just sharing a story with ppl like have a listening ear but there are problems that require emmediate attention and urs seems to fall under the immediate part. It is impossible to avoid enxiety when such things need immediate attention but solution is far away. Concerning ur lost of family support, is there a way u can rekindle that? But concerning being homeless, we all know that can be solved by finding a place to live even if it is shelter temporary but other than that shaking with family members. As much as uv' lost touch with them, when in need they usually bounce back and forgive whatever grieviences there might have been. Have u started finding ways to solve them?

Hi sashalizbeth, I’m sorry you’re experiencing anxiety. It’s an awful feeling. One thing that has helped me is going for walks. I don’t keep a strenuous pace, but I do walk for miles. I find it soothing to be outdoors. I hope you feel better soon.

Hello there!!! I haven't read your story or background, but my anxiety is on high alert these days too!!! What helps me sometimes is just staying in my room away from other people who might trigger it. There are times I really need my space. And if other people want to call me lazy I really don't care. I come out of my room when I'm ready to and I feel calmer and then I'm right as rain.🙂
