Jittery

Trying to calm constant jittery feeling inside which I have mentioned before. Also, what are called myoclonic jerks. I do something such as pick something up and my body jerks. Sometimes when I am not doing anything at all. It's scary even though my therapist said it's all related to severe anxiety. Any suggestions as to what might help? I do breathing exercises and get plenty of exercise. I sleep fine. It's just when I'm up.

Are you taking any antidepressants?I noticed that Lexapro was making me feel jittery. I stopped taking it and the feeling went away.

My anxiety meds caused this for me too. I would get tremors so bad.

I've been on Zoloft for years for both anxiety and depression. It has helped with the panic attacks, but I've been wondering the same thing. Then again, with everything going on, who knows

When you wake up in the morning does your heart race? How do you feel as soon as you wake up?

I feel shaky. The best I feel is at the end of the day. If I have a glass of wine it helps somewhat, but I don't want to drink too much and yes, my heart seems to race

Slowly and gradually reduce your meds, see if it helps? Jerking sounds like it is a nerve issue rather than anxiety issue.
