Well I think that I have made my General Anxiety situation worst. I have sleep apnea and I accidently saw a video of a music artist whom talked about his experience with sleep apnea, now its causing me major anxiety where I am afraid to sleep and I feel like blood pressure is going through roof. I fear of a heart attack. So I was very foolish to watch that video. I have made a huge mistake. Now I am afraid of having constant insomnia.

If you have been diagnosed with sleep apnea you should have a machine called CPAP. Do you have one? You wear this at night and it forces air into your lungs.
I wanted to lose weight to stop the sleep apnea. Yes I know about the machine. Right now I am afraid to sleep and I feel like I am putting my heart through over drive because it's like I am afraid of my own heart beat. Wow I screwed up.
Most people don't die of this so there is no reason you should. What is stopping you using the CPAP machine? This will help your sleep apnoea no end and will stop you feeling so anxious.
To be honest the issue was with my doctors office in ordering the machine that I got so annoyed. So I decided to work out and change my eating habits to conquer it.
Well not trying to be unsympathetic but it looks like you will have to choose between annoyance and anxiety? Not easy I know but sometimes things aren't.
No worries. Sometimes when we are in the thick of things it's hard to see the wood for the trees which is where an outside opinion can come in handy.I am aware too of other issues which surround illness - feeling useless, old, inadequate etc. I have and do feel all those sometimes.
I am quite a bit older than you with lung disease and chronic back pain and it's sometimes hard to accept or to know what to do for the best. You will get there. Take care.
You are not - at least any more than anyone else ever is. Like I said it can be hard to be pragmatic sometimes can't it? Or to see your way clear especially when you have mental health issues clouding your common sense. You are facing up to it and taking action which is fantastic. I put things off endlessly which just makes them worse and I beat myself up all the time lol.
