Hi there everyone hope you all had a great Christmas

Has anyone felt their manic anxiety symptoms coming back slowly

Mine has been for the last 2 nights I’ve found I’ve been struggling with the creeping up of anxiety of feeling sick And nausea as every day is becoming harder I think it’s the lockdown amongst other thing

Hey there love. Hope you get to feeling better. I can imagine being couped up is part of the reason being sick. They say you need to get out of the house every so often so you aren't just breathing same air all the time. Happy New Year's!! Hope it gets better this year.

Are you back in lockdown yet in the USA we have a new strain of COVID 19 here that’s originated from South Africa so most off the uk are back in lockdown but nobody is listening as it’s spreading badly Nat

in reply to Natsteveo

They are trying lockdown but too many people are blinded by their own mind. They still think it's fake. So there are some like me that follow the rules to a T. I see the first new strain has hit a person in Colorado. Airplane were nuts by having full occupancy on planes for Christmas. We will see how that will affect us.Nat- your and your country folks be safe there. I Hope it will soon be done. I am getting close to getting the vaccine shot. Take care babe.❤

I think it's funny countries cannot get along but then you get groups like who just love each other and support each other. We are the greatest friends in the whole world to each other. Thank you all for being my friend whether we talked or not. 🙂

Like you we both here feel the same, stuck at home for months on end, not having any holidays and having to get our basic food items delivered from the Supermarket. We had a holiday booked and everything had to be cancelled that really set the scene for most of 2020. In a way we have been lucky we live in the countryside and was able to take the dog out for walks, sometimes on the Beach. We are retuning to LOCKDOWN again now because the Virus has sported and is more infectious. So we are taking it now with an understanding we do as we are told to try and get this Virus Dead and Gone,

I suppose we have a lot to do in the garden and I have work to do in my fruit garden as well. I am designing a small shooting range as well so that is something else that will keep me busy when the target rifle arrives

Try and keep busy

This happened to me. I had struggled a lot with my anxiety and depression and my journey had been amazing. I know healing is a delayed process and it does take time. It can't happen instantly. I felt like I've recovered and I moved one. I was happier. I started living small moments of life. But then it all happened again. And I realized it was because of the toxic people who came back to my life. The toxic environment and negativity. And it was because I allowed negative things to invade my life. I think we have to work on ourselves and let nothing defeat us. There are some amazing tips I read yesterday for anxiety. ezcareclinic.com/top-3-ment... Hope it helps! :)

Stay strong, stay blessed! <3

Yeah I feel a lot more nervous going out now being cooped up for so long!

Do you get nervous wearing a mask? I feel like I can’t breath with it on

in reply to FearIsALiar

Yes working with a mask on sucks. When you have glasses it makes it worse with glasses fogging up.

Natsteveo profile image

Yes I hate the foggy ness too

in reply to Natsteveo

Especially when you're outside doing something or when you first come in from outside. I did a food delivery yesterday (24 degrees F) and my glasses fogged up and couldn't see who I was talking to or where I was stepping. Crazy.

Hi, I was like this a couple of weeks ago due to a family problem. It was the constant sick feeling that was horrid and my stomach was in knots aswell as the catastrophic thoughts etc. This site is great and we are all going through the same or similar. Know that you are not alone 🥰 are you on any medication for anxiety? I’m always here if you want to chat about anything at all I’m a good listener. I hope things settle soon, these are difficult times and another worry we could be doing without. X

I can relate to the feelings of isolation. Some days seem so dark emotionally, like a cold, dark winter day.

Sounds like I am in line for my first vaccine shot tomorrow. Extremely nervous.

Update: I received my covid vaccine shot yesterday. Was extremely nervous that I was thinking of backing out. I told myself I need to do this and decided to go thru with it.I ended up getting the Moderna vaccine which I believe come from the UK? Ive read someplace that this is the better one. More reliable than Pfizer.

So far since I got it my arm has been sore more than usual in compared to the flu shot. 20 hours later my arm still sore and no other symptoms of yet. I will update every once in a while if something pops up.

Happy New Year's everyone!! Let's kick Covid's A$$!!

I am getting a sore throat now at about 21 hours after injection. Chest kind of sore also. Will try to rid of the sore throat.💯

Update: Day 3 from the vaccine shot. Just my arm is a little sore today. But I am feeling no ill effects from the vaccine otherwise. Looking forward to the second and last shot on the 28th of this month to finally be safe from the virus. I'll still be careful around people as I still will be cautious anyways. If I can do it you can too!!

Hi! I'm new this group & like you am feeling my anxiety & depression coming back. It happens at least once a year after the holidays or it may be due to covid. I've been on meds for about 18 yrs. I hate feeling this way since I have 2 sons. Do you find talking about it helpful, or does it rehash the anxiety & depression. Looking for any good advice...
