So depression has been at bay.. not too bad. Anxiety though.. I don't know what's wrong. I haven't been sleeping correctly. Last night I only had an hr of sleep and I had an anxiety in while asleep and it woke me up amd continued into a concious anxiety attack. And the night prior, I was simply up for 30 hrs and had 2 hrs of sleep. Currently, I'm going onto 14 hrs (which is normal but abnormal when I haven't slept much) and I'm so tired but can't sleep. I've laid in bed for an hr with my eyes closed but cant seem to fall asleep.
Anyone else have the same sleep issue or have any tips to falling asleep??
