Thank you KoKo. I had my morning water, water at the gym, water at lunch then I just had to have my treat which is mocha made using oat milk and cacao powder, I had two and one was with chocolate powder but that's rare, it's normally cacao.

I have water before dinner and then in the evening. I might turn into a mermaid 😂😂

Hiba's brother has a hard time with cats, so we will have to keep her cats for her 😸 She can adopt five and I'll cat-sit them 😹
