I recently felt this exact way. Something that helped me was making a short list of manageable tasks like: feed the cat, make bed, put shoes away. Nothing too long, just enough to get me up and active, even for a little bit. I’m here for you!
The two main things I do for my depression everyday. Once I finally force myself out of bed I sit for at least 15 to 30 minutes reading spiritual books writing my gratitude list and listening to soft music. Later, I go walk for 20 to 30 minutes. After I walk I feel less depressed and I am so much less stressed. It's become a habit now. I know I won't feel as good if I don't do those things.
Iam having a hard time just wanting to lay in bed . I do have little things to do but they bore me. like painting reading lots of good books. I even have a one year old I am his grand mom. Dont think the pills are working for me. I do a litttle something then want to lay down. Please help me get out of this.
