Im new here...i struggle with talking about my mental illness because i feel that everyone wouldn't understand and my "family" that i live with currently aren't helpful...mentally and physically

I totally understand where you’re coming from. My family all deal with anxiety but anxiety when it comes to different things and I’d always think they’d understand but they don’t. So it’s hard to talk to them without feeling like a problem.

Have you tried speaking to them about maybe going to therapy?

Hello,

My aunt suggested but i know that's a lot of money to provide for me. Ive been planning on getting sessions when im old enough to pay for myself.

Well for the time being while you’re saving up you could always buy some self help books off of Amazon? CBT books because that is practiced in therapy a ton.
