I came across this while reading from one of my fav books, I’d like to share with everyone 🤗

P.S: You may want to voice record it on your phone, pause one minute between each instruction. This would make it easy to follow and completely relaxed 😌 😇🙏

I agree Mindfulness, to work efficiently, it should be listened to while lying down rather

than reading. Although I will tell you, I'm at the point where just reading those words, I could feel my shoulders relaxing and a feeling of peace come over me.

You’re welcomed. It’s like a project. U can record your voice, put on your fav melody background and time it. Voila! U got urself relaxing tape. It will take your mind off things 🤗
