I would talk to him about it. Or a counselor can be very helpful. I got counselling with my then boyfriend and am now happily married to him so it worked somehow.

I tried to talk to him about it and became upset. One night I was feeling really sick and I told him not tonight and he became upset so I just leave things alone. It’s draining to argue over everything.

I would say a professional would know more what to do. I am not a counselor (though I have had a lot of help over the years.) You could leave him of course. I think you should focus on yourself and self care and what makes you feel good and do that as much as possible.
