I worked out like 3 hours ago and I started feeling ectopic beats which I haven't felt in a while. I was drinking a bottle of gatorade when I first noticed them. I've also been nauseated since the morning. Just trying not to let my health anxiety get the best of me but it's sort of freaking me out.
