Anyone suffering from social anxiety disorder? I feel like I am the only one suffering from that because I never heard or met anyone with this kind of disorder, its affecting my life so bad 😭😭

No, you are not alone. I suffer from it daily as well. Meds help sometime but you t can be overwhelming at times.

You are not alone at all! I feel the same way every day and night!! Sometimes I wake up feeling like I’m having a heart attack but I know it’s just anxiety, just know that you are not alone ans there are others out there to help!

You’re not alone. I’m sorry to hear you’re struggling. I struggle with also. One of my biggest fear is judgement from strangers. I’m still working on not caring because whatever other people think has more to do with them and not me.
