I hit my head with the screen of my smartphone
At first I thought you were joking, still not sure. But if you are seriously concerned, go to the emergency room so you won’t overwhelm yourself with worry. Get er done and report back.👍
Hi. I’m Andy.
I’ll get straight to it. If that’s ok?
Walk us all through your accident. Step by step. That’s important.
This will help make your question answerable.
I also noticed, as another member did, that this unfortunately happened to you previously 5 months ago. Maybe time to get get rid of your Smartphone for another model.
Please remember that the skull is very solid. Even if say someone were to throw the phone at your head, I’m confident that you would be fine. Sore, but fine.
Of course if you are concerned then you absolutely must seek help from your G.P. That is the place for medical advice. We cannot provide that here. We can however continue to support you emotionally.
Take good care of yourself.

Hi there.
I’m so happy that I could make you feel a little better. The aim is no matter what we go through we are here to feel safe and supported. The last thing we want is for you to hurt yourself. Accidentally or through frustration or anger. So let’s figure something out.
When you feel upset, anger, or frustration try this.
1. Stop. Close your eyes.
2. Take a deep breath through your nose.
3. Breathe in for 5, hold for 3, breathe out for 5.
4. Sit quietly. Clench you’re fists tight, and release slowly. Same with your toes.
Release the anger safely.
I hope this can help. Practice these techniques. Look on YouTube for Mindfulness Techniques. A great help.
