For the past 2 years i've felt like im drowning. Balancing school and sports and my therapy appointments. Is it just me who feels like life is just not worth the hastle or just me?

I’m right there with you. If you’re struggling with these kinds of thoughts I urge you to do what you can to give yourself a break. I didn’t start to get better until I literally couldn’t do it anymore and had to stop working quite abruptly and go on disability. I wish I had done it years earlier.
Not that you HAVE to full-on stop sports and school, but the stuff that feels like a chore really wears you down, doesn’t it? Whenever you can, take advantage of down time, or the option to take a break if it gets too heavy. I know most of us don’t have that luxury, but you gotta advocate for your own mental health before it forces you to. I hope you can find some rest and some peace.
