So sorry. Haven't explored U-Tube. Too overwhelmed with depression and the anxiety I can't get settled down.

My thoughts are with you. Hoping you are feeling better soon.

On top of our personal multiple problems, these crazy, frightening times aren't helping, only worsening our symptoms.
