I am trying to find somewhere to begin to stop this sadness and pain. I am a mother of two young children and I work fulltime. I am married though my husband chooses not to come home until 8pm every night. I have no friends and do not have any family to help either. Where do I even start to try to get better when it seems I am always needed to take care of something or someone else? Please help as I feel hopeless and I want to get better for my kids but I don't think I can do this alone

I'm sorry you're going through this and feel alone in this. I can't being married but feel like a single parent. Have you tried to talk to him? I'm probably not one that should give advice on marriage but you should know that you don't deserve this. Your kids don't deserve it either because I bet they notice.
Could you try finding a therapist?
Talk to your husband immediately, marriage is a partnership not a dictatorship for him to do as he pleases. Even if you have to write it down, be thorough with your thoughts & feelings. If you have insurance, try to see if you can find a therapist that accepts yours (most are doing telephone/video calls due to the state of things). You have to be the best you first, in order to be the best wife & mother. I sincerely wish you the best sweetheart.
Hi. This is a secondary idea. Does your state have a local warmline? They can just be nice to talk to, I think. Best regards.
