After taking daily pills in night and enough sleep Some days in week I getup fresh in morning.I plan have tea and clean bowel and start half to 1 hour exercise. But though I get up 6 am, exercise won't start till 11.30 am.and most time get canceled and than I slowly feel get exhausted.I try to find out reason for this Procrastination. And want to exercise atlest in days when I feel fresh.
In meantime I get read news paper, browse mobile, see whatsup post, news. But I know more than 15 minutes to half an hour these things not as important as exercise. But than also why I do this I don't get it.I feel some excerise in week is important. But mostly miss it.
If it will be discussed and attempted to put solution will be appreciated.

Not too many people appreciate the benefits of exercise. I think it's a matter of discipline and dedication.
Anyway you can change that routine? Phone down and get it done first thing? That's the discipline part but once it's done it sets the tone for the whole day.
Regular exercise doesn't have to be long and involved every day of the week. Studies have shown it all adds up and has many benefits.
My routine is coffee, light breakfast and off I go.
Thank you for sharing your story. I have a physical illness that landed me on bed rest for almost a year. I was very fit and in shape. How I am feeling is that my body doesn't seem to fit me. I always played sports for the exercise and I do believe in the 10k steps a day as well. My little kiddos now have fitness watches and they love to see how they do. It's very cold where I am now, so the commitment to fitness is low. I am actually starting with a physical therapist to make sure I condition at the right pace and do not further injure my body. Disappointing that therapist is what gets me there. Physical fitness is so key to mental health. Do take it slow. I keep hand weights all around the house. When I am on the internet like now....I'll take a break and do some small arm reps. I would also say that a weekly goal may make sense if you are trying something daily. At first I was going to work out everyday and get steps. Well I am not well enough to get steps. Instead I am allowing myself 3 days a week of 60 mins. That way on a bad day, I can let it go a bit.
Hi,I gone through your earlier post also. You seem quite active in your school, college and after.I feel sorry for your illness. But proud that you were doing and are doing good excerise than and now.I realized after all yours answer and dolphin answer that depression cannot put you off from doing exercise and all your story and dolphin and twinklestar inspiring me to do exercise and not Procrastinate it.I also want to share that spirituality also help us and many times thing that seem very difficult or not working make to work.
My one of major depressive episode occurs after my elder sister suicide in 2007.I was not comning out of it even after 1 year.I given up medication also as it also did not help. But one day I was just going through books in book store.I seen one book of 'Gondavlekar maharaj pravchan' . And First time I felt after one year later my sister episode that something in world that will ease me.And in real meaning I could able to stand with help of spirituality. So I think we should give daily some time to build belief and practice of spirituality along with our other attempt. And I firm believe there lies ultimate solution to our problems.
I thanks for your sharing and pray for your betterment.with ❤️
So good you are incorporating exercise when you can. Dancing is great. Not sure if it's still around but did you ever try Zoomba?
Take Pixie's cue get out there. Herman runs on his wheel about 2 hours a night I bought him a leash but he's still too small for it. When it gets to be 🦔 weather we will be hitting the trails
