Tree analogy

So today I was feeling like a traumatic memory hoarder. I am trying to visualize that I am a tree and that my leaves are like memories. They grow and help me and then fall away. They get blown away in the wind and turn colors and I just can't hold on to them anymore. I wanted to share. Have a good day everyone.
