Anxiety or Asthma

I use to have asthma when i was young around 10 now im 21 havent took any medicine since then , no asthma attacks or flare ups but now today i feel tightness not on my chest but like my collarbone area im guessing its how i sleep or something, how do you guys tell the difference between and asthma attack or anxiety attack its sooooo hard to know the difference.......
