Hey guys Huma this side im suffering from Anxiety and panic attacks I dont know how to deal with this

Yeah but nothing works idk what should I do now? Can u give me some tips to handle this

I'm not sure what you've tried.

I keep telling myself I'm ok, that I'm safe and this will pass. I do deep breathing and really focus on it.

Do you have any animals? Sometimes just petting them can help you relax.

hi , do u know why you are feeling anxious? Have tried taking some deep breaths or meditating , I find this of often helps. Sometimes when we feed our brain negative thoughts such as I am feeling anxious it picks up on this , then acts on it y don’t you try to say I am going to try and feel positive about today and not let any negative thoughts get in the the way! Try it, I know it sounds mad but every let helps. Good luck, have a lovely day.

I suffer panic attacks but i have no real answer except i try to read a book, sit and pet my dogs, and that calms me for a brief while, but when the mind is racing its so difficult to switch off.
