There is NOTHING crazy about being emotional, getting emotional or getting worked up about something - anything. Im guilty of being an over the top and irrational emotional mess regarding something so meaningful to myself yet sompletely absurd to many of those around me at the time of meltdown. There is NO shame in being emotional ... shows you genuinely care and unfortunately that is unbelievably rare. Dont ever beat yourself up for being overly sensitive .. sets you apart from the shallow, inconsiderate, selfish and careless individuals that roam this rock. You are far from crazy
