Medical marijuana

Wondering if anyone has used medical marijuana for anxiety? Not self medicating, but actually going to a Dr. and dispensary for a specific type/dose. I see it’s recommended to help but I always used to feel paranoid when I smoked in my 20s.

Thank you for that input. I don't use pot either because of how it used to make me feel when I tried it during my crazy, young days. It would be really nice to manage my symptoms more naturally than my current Xanax. Sometimes you need a little more help than deep breathing can provide.

I have used edibles sparingly. It’s helpful just to slow the mind down and easy to control dosage

I've been using marijuana long before I became legal with the medical marijuana program. Weed has always helped me. Now the better legal weed continues to help. The descriptions of different flower types are sort of not real. Different weed affects different people differently. It makes me happier than I'd be without.

Been using weed for over 20 years and if My country would stop prioritizing pharmaceutical lobbyists over people helping themselves I would never take a pharmaceutical again. Why is a script to benzos 8$ per month but medical weed can be 70$ per week.

I do use it for anxiety, depression and chronic pain. It is good that you are going to a doctor, he/she will recommend the strain and dose you need for your condition.
