Help never comes

I'm so tired. I'm always in pain, I don't sleep well, my heel aches my arm bothers me plus more I'm so weary and exhausted. I hate all of this

It will get better and I can promise you that,take plenty of deep breaths and maybe put something on to distract you hope you feel better x

Hi Darknlovely. What is making your heel and arm ache? Have Doctors taken a look at them?

Hi, i have plantar fasciitis and I haven't had a specialist look at my arm the Dr gave me GabaPentin for the pain but the Drs giving me the ran around for the specialist referral

That all sucks. Being in the place with all of those things happening.... can be exhausting. Here if you want to chat or just need to vent.

It’s understandable to feel that way. There’s a phrase that I’ve been using a lot lately thanks to a friend... “the storm always passes.” What can you do, even if it’s just one small thing, to show yourself some love and care today?
