My Birthday

Hello everyone it's been a while and I have been coping with my anxiety the best way I could and it hasn't been easy but it is worth the try. Today is my birthday and I am happy to be alive to this day even if I go through emotional problems I am still breathing and I don't have to pay for that.. I know it is not easy but take one step at a time and watch the process.. Where ever you are I pray that the Lord take anyway that worry and give you peace and joy. Have a wonderful day/weekend.

Happy birthday! I wish I could have had an attitude like that on my birthday. This year I spent the morning of my birthday watching wildfire and 9/11 footage and listening to the fire scanner while living in a trailer, hoping I’d have a home to return to. I want to be like you when I grow up. You’re inspiring for me.
