My birthday

My b day was Fri I celebrated alone I did a few things but I took sick Thurs so Fri I was to tired too do all that I wanted to. My health hinders my life that's why I'm so depressed and aggravated etc

Sorry you're not feeling well. I usually have to spend my birthdays alone too. I try to do something nice for myself....buy something, watch my favorite movies...I've even been known to by a little cake for myself. I wish a happy belated birthday...it's not too late to pamper yourself!

Happy belated birthday.

I don't celebrate or tell anyone.

When lockdown is over we can visit places that we find comfort.

A few Christmas's ago I went to the church hall alone and I met some nice people who had also gone there alone.

You feel better for doing things.

I have bad anxiety so I know how you feel.

Hi, I usually don't do anything but I did this yr. But I wasn't well plus I was sad and I did meet a few good people along the way so that cheered me up a bit. Thank u and good luck

Hi there, I believe I've responded to your posts before. I'm so sorry you didn't feel you had anyone to celebrate your birthday with, that's awful. Try to forge some friendships. This pandemic has all of us in this terrible social isolation state.
