Generalized Anxiety Disorder Advice

Hi all, I have generalized anxiety disorder and I started on 25mg sertraline (Zoloft generic) a few months ago prescribed by my primary care doctor. After a few weeks, I was doing better for a couple months whether from the medicine or coincidence, but last week I started doing very poorly with my constant anxiety. I tried Zoloft because that's what my sister has taken ( now at 100mg) ever since she went through excessive anxiety after the birth of her son. I'm not sure if this is the right medication for me though. Just looking for others who have GAD and what medication you take or what you have found to help manage it. Thanks so much!

We are all different when it comes down to these medications so what suits one may not suit another. Sometimes if we come off one medication it can be beneficial to try another medication

Talk to your Doctor He will suggest the best way forward. Sometimes people come off their medication too early and find the need to go back on their medication.
