Any first responders out there?

I’m wondering if there are any first responders in this community. This post is not meant to be political, I’m just hoping to connect with someone like me. I’ve worked in law enforcement for 11 years. In the past 3 years I have experienced issues with anxiety and panic and with all of life’s crazy circumstances right now, I’m having a hard time and would very much like to connect with someone in a similar circumstance.
