I can also use some postivitiy. I suppose it is a beautiful day where I am today. I have a place to sleep and food, That is positive and some friends to talk to.
Hey, friend. It is morning for me in Florida, USA. The sun is shining and a cool breeze is blowing. Music is playing in the background, and the sound of the waterfall makes white noise, too. Want to visit?! Swim in the Gulf of Mexico - sunshine and salt water for to you refresh and feel at peace.
Really, I make an effort to change my environment so I can be near positivity instead of negativity. I move around OUTSIDE by walking or whatever works that day (yoga, biking, swimming, etc). There's an effort that I need to make (physically) to get out of my own head: otherwise, I will spin on the same topics that are quite unproductive and usually toxic.
Lead your mind to have some structure, actively create positive thinking. Guided meditation and/or pulling yourself into thoughts that are productive will help. Tell yourself to stop any negative or toxic thoughts. Squash them with all your might, no headspace for that trash. 😄

I think you're loving. The way you care with such intensity is very attractive. You have determination that can be seen across the web. When you do what you love, you shine so bright it's contagious! You are loved.
You're alive, you are surrounded by friends, there's family who loves you, your anxious moments are always temporary. How are those?🙂
