Anyone else experience this? I've been on a low dose of lithium for 7 months now. For that time I have felt very shakey, wobbly in the legs. They feel weak. In the morning I feel unsteady walking my dogs. Any insight much appreciated! Have a lovely Saturday everyone.

I have never taken prescribed Lithium but I use to buy veggie Lithium from Swanson vitamins and it worked well. Maybe try that instead? It's relatively cheap. I showed it to my Psychiatrist and she said it was fine. I'm leaving the website for you in case you want to discuss it with your doc and try it. I really liked it.
