Not sure what you mean
If you ever need someone to talk too, I am here Feel free to message me on this website whenever you need a friend or to talk.
You are not alone in this.....I too, suffer with anxiety and depression. Please feel free to reach out. I'm here for you.
thank you so much. samegoes to u or anyone else.
Im not sure what the site problem is but your post before this one would not let me reply.
I dont know much about disociation, but you certainly dont sound stupid to me. Brains are complex and do all sorts of things. Some amazing, some confusing, some annoying.
I'm sorry you felt that way. Nobody here is ignored so to speak. I for one look at a lot more posts than I respond to posts. This is because I either haven't dealt with that issue before, don't know what to say and/or don't feel that I can give a good contribution.
ive seriously got some abandonment issues.. my emotional mind took over my rational mind the second i felt abandoned. thank you for caring and making the effort to interact. thats all i really needed and it means the world to me. i figured no one would respond to this post either so i vented and i feel bad now for it like i guilted others into caring. i hate being bitter
I understand all of this, from having the emotional mind take over to then feeling bad. All I can say is please don't feel bad. We're all here for each other.
I'm just sorry that you felt abandoned again.
So tell me, is having the emotional mind take over what disassociation means? I'm really curious because my psychiatrist suspects dissociative moments in me.
dissociation is more of an involuntary mental distancing of reality. it can take form in feeling spaced out and an unableness to reconnect with your immediate surroundings. dissosiation can even result in an 'out of body' experience. Often you dont feel real or that there is a disconnect to your body.
