The danger of barbiturates

I watched this video last night of Jordan Peterson, I have always found his advice usefull (and wondered what had happened to him in 2020). I was shocked about his experience on withdrawl and found many similarities! It might help someone else out there and prompt some discussions?

Benzos are powerful. I've taken both Klonopin (clonazepam) and Ativan (lorazepam) and came off of them OK. You do need to slowly stop them, but everyone is different. On the other hand I had a terribly tough time coming off Buspar (buspirone) and that one is not supposed to be addictive. I spent months coming off Buspar versus weeks coming off benzos.

Psyche drugs are very complicated.
