I just moved back to Georgia in preparation for fall semester. I feel absolutely terrible these days, disassociating often and it feeling so bad that I feel physically sick. Maybe it's my anxiety that I have (I take 5mg trintellix for it). Anyway I've had fears of going crazy and I've been overwhelmed with guilt off past decisions from long ago. I would like to stop feeling so bad.

Hi there. Thanks for sharing. If you were me, you could benefit from shadow work and iodine supplement from kelp. I know that seems odd. There's beauty in the shadows. I hope you find your happiness soon. Let me know if/how I can help.
Leave the past exactly where it belongs, in the past! You have a brand new opportunity to have a great life. Take advantage of it and don't scare yourself into going backwards!! Hugs.
I agree with Ladybug, the past is just that, we need to learn from it and let it go. There is a saying in AA, most people are straddling their two feet, one in the past, and one in the future, so it is piss on today. So that is where to live, in the now, I live in the moment, it is all any of us have, That was one of the best lessons I learnt, I worry about Nothing, plan very little ahead. Things come up from the past, if they are negative I bring out my big red Stop sign, if they are fun I enjoy them and laugh if they are funny. You are a young man, so do not waste valuable time on punishing yourself, love yourself, respect yourself, believe in yourself, life is to be enjoyed. Don't get me wrong there will be problems, we deal with them when they happen. If you are a reader, I can recommend a great book that helped me a lot, The Road Less Traveled by Dr. Scott Peck, Amazon has it used and new, a worthwhile investment. Write to us, we offer love and support.....sending big virtual hugs and love, peace & strength........
