A chance to sit, talk, and enjoy nourishing your body
A time to rest and recharge throughout a day
I have been eating every meal. I get about half way through and then it’s like my tastebuds feel disgusted at what I’m eating. I have to force myself to finish.
I don’t know. I’m just feeling sad about it. I want to want to eat; it feels like a chore I don’t want to do.
The simple act of eating is something nice to look forward to. It’s a way to gather and engage in community. I feel like I’m grieving the joy of eating. Hopefully it’ll come back soon.

I have to force myself to eat. I get hungry, and typically love food, but then when it hits my mouth, I don’t want it anymore. I just take a few big bites and force it down with water.
What are you dealing with that is making it hard to eat?
i feel the same most of the time. It just.. its tough. But maybe someday the both of you will find satisfaction in eating and feeling better. Whats your favorite meal? or something new to eat that you've always wanted to eat but haven't yet?
Thanks for asking! It’s nice to hear from someone who understands.
I recently moved. I’m going to a new school. The past week and this week have been a lot of change and transition. I have a lot of anxiety in school in general.
It’s hard to eat when you’re nauseated. The stress hurts my digestive system. So my stomach also hurts after I eat.
